About Aura Connect
Aura Connect — often referred to internally as simply Aura, or Aura TSV — is the secure team messaging app that TSV Innovation Labs Pvt Ltd runs for its own people. It covers the everyday basics of a company chat app: group channels, one-to-one direct messages, threads, reactions, voice notes, file and document sharing, and audio or video calls.
What makes the Aura TSV chat app different is the intelligence layer. Every conversation, document, and voice note feeds a workspace assistant you can ask questions of in plain language — across 22 Indic languages as well as English — so knowledge stays with the organisation instead of disappearing into someone's inbox.
The app is mobile friendly and installable on Android and iOS, supports push notifications, and exposes a documented API for integrating with the rest of your stack. It is operated by TSV Innovation Labs Pvt Ltd and is intended for TSV Innovation Labs staff and invited partners.
