Channels, DMs and threads
Company-wide and team channels, one-to-one direct messages, threaded replies, reactions, mentions, pinned messages and read receipts — the everyday basics people already know from consumer chat apps.
Employee communication app
Aura Connect brings team channels, direct messages, shared documents, voice notes and calls into one workspace — and adds an assistant that answers questions from the conversations your people are already having. Built and operated by TSV Innovation Labs Pvt Ltd.
Company-wide and team channels, one-to-one direct messages, threaded replies, reactions, mentions, pinned messages and read receipts — the everyday basics people already know from consumer chat apps.
Attach files to the conversation they belong to. Shared documents stay private to the channel, and a cross-conversation file browser makes older attachments findable instead of lost in scrollback.
Ask a plain-language question and get an answer drawn from the messages and documents you already have access to, with citations back to the exact conversation. Nothing outside your permissions is ever used.
Record a voice note on the move; it is transcribed automatically, in English or in the language it was spoken, and becomes searchable alongside everything else.
Start a call from any conversation, with a lobby, device selection, screen sharing and in-call reactions — no separate meeting tool to install.
Installable on Android and iOS as a home-screen app, with web push notifications for direct messages and mentions, so shop-floor and field staff stay in the loop.
Sign-up is gated by allowed email domains or explicit invites, roles separate admins and managers from everyone else, and every conversation is protected by database-level access rules.
Scoped API keys and outgoing webhooks let you post from your own systems and react to workspace events, so the messenger fits the rest of your stack.
When work moves through personal messaging accounts, the company has no record of it and no way to remove access when someone leaves. Aura Connect keeps work conversations inside a workspace the organisation owns.
Decisions, commitments and open questions get buried within days. The assistant summarises conversations by day, week and month, so the answer to "what did we decide about this?" is a question, not an archaeology project.
Plant, warehouse and field teams often communicate by voice. Voice notes are transcribed and indexed, and multilingual input is handled, so spoken updates become part of the searchable record.
